"I booked limos.com for a round trip ride six weeks prior to my event in July 2019. Five days prior to my limo service, I added a second pick-up and drop off location to my round trip. I was informed that the additional cost would be $20.00 per trip totaling $40.00 for the round trip. Six hours before my scheduled pick up, I was contacted via telephone by limos.com stating that they were going to charge me an additional one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) per trip totaling $240.00 for the additional pickup and drop off locations, because there was a switch in the outsourced limo company's and if not paid, I will not receive service. I was in the middle of preparing for my event and taken totally off guard, I had to speak harshly to the representative, I told the representative that I was not paying a penny more. I informed them that I was quoted $20.00 per trip and the fact just limos.com changed their outsourced limo company should have no bearing on agreed upon price quoted to the customer. Upon further review of my account the representative apologized and said to disregard the call. Limos.com needs to prioritize the attention paid to detail of a reservation – customer satisfaction priorities should have prohibited a call such as this from taking place. The last thing any customer needs on the day of their event is a call reflecting an increase in agreed upon pricing."
