We had the pleasure of Eli as our limo driver from the airport. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgable during our transfer. And made the start of our New Years Eve trip to the Big Apple everything we expected.
We booked a standard private transfer back, and had Michael (the company owner) drive us. Again, very clean vehicle, prompt pick up and a veritable explosion of information.
Overall, the service from M.D was exeptional. From the quality of the vehicles, to the professionalisim of the drivers. They even answered some very daft emails from me immediately.
Would I use M.D again? Without a seconds thought!"

"It's not easy to decide what limo company to chose when you look at all the sleek designed web pages. So you read the reviews and wonder if the companies themselves ever do! I wanted a limo to meet our flight as a surprise for my daughter as we traveled to New York on the day of her 16th Birthday (2nd of October 2011). I read the reviews for M.D. Limousine Service and decided to make my enquiries. I was very impressed with the quick response and the attention to detail to my request. I was delighted with a reassuring email on the morning of our journey confirming all would be in place, as we were travelling from Dublin, Ireland to New York.
Our flight was delayed by an hour and I worried that perhaps my 'surprise' might fall flat, I need not have worried! When we arrived in the arrivals hall our wonderful driver Eli was there with my daughter's name on a card, he greeted her with a 'Happy 16th Birthday and welcome to New York. ' Eli took our bags and guided us to the waiting limo. The car was polished, it was clean and comfortable inside and the journey was enjoyable. Eli stopped at our hotel and dropped off our luggage and took us on to the Restaurant we had booked, he couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend M.D. Limo's without hesitation for a good reliable service as they promised. A.W. Dublin Ireland."

"The service was great, the drive excellent. The bill was initially considered to be competitive till the moment we got the final bill.
To my humble opinion you have to indicate to people that the flat fare is a certain amount, however you have to indicate that additional items like waiting time, tip, gas, parking, toll etc are not in the flat fee. I other words is it a kind of misleading information. Especially when one knows exactly what the toll, tip, parking etc will be. Waiting time is someting which is difficult to predict. Our driver was most helpful and polite, and the ride into Manhattan after a long haul flight was very comfortable - the total opposite to the bumpy ride squeezed in a cab back to JFK. We booked the limo mainly for our daughters, their first time to NY - and I would do the very same again. Our flight arrived 1 hour early which meant our driver was not yet waiting for us. He arrived soon after a phone call and was most apologetic.

"We used MD Limo over Spring Break 2008 and again July 4th week, 2008 for airport transfers(stretch limos). Our driver both times was Elias whom we really enjoyed. My cell phone was ringing as soon as our plane was on the ground with news Elias was waiting for us. On the March trip, we saw a possible drunk driver and Elias phoned the police as well as drove behind the lady with his hazards on to warn other drivers. We used 3 different airports, Islip, LaGuardia & Newark, and each ride was great. The cars were clean and stocked with soft drinks and bottled water. "I would highly recommend M.D. Limousine Service. We were met at the airport by friendly James with a sign bearing our name. We were about an hour late meeting him due to problems at the gate and all the bags taking time to arrive at the collection point. However, James was still there waiting for us and helped with the bags. We all loved the limo ride and had complementary drinks en route. It was useful having an all inclusive price agreed on booking so there were no extra hidden charges for tolls etc. The return trip from Manhattan to JFK also went well and we arrived in plenty of time to enjoy a meal at the airport before flying back to the UK.

The drivers were on time, courteous and were very kind to us. A mistake I made in terms of payment was already corrected before I had even realized my error. The driver picking us for the return trip to LaGuardia called my cell phone to tell me that there was no hurry (it was 15 minutes before our scheduled departure time) but that he was already waiting in front of the hotel. Driver (Bill) found us in MacArthur airport on time, helped with bags to car and whisked us into the City much quicker than I expected.

"The service was everything I could have hoped for. The price was excellent compared to others and I had tried. Kathy was extremely helpful when it came to getting a quote and then checking (because I like to be 100% sure) and finally booking. What was excemptional was that despite the delay in getting from the airplane to actually clearing customs the driver was still there waiting and the price didn't change.
The car was clean and the driver extremely friendly, although I didn't get his name. Even when we stopped in the wrong place, side of the hotel not front, he would let us walk and drove around the block, even though it would have only taken less than 2 minutes to get to the front door.
Would use this service again as it is only marginally dearer than getting a shuttle bus into the City.

"As a 1st time visitor to NY I booked MD limos based upon the reviews I read and was not disappointed.
After a long flight it was most welcoming to see our driver waiting with the placard greeting us and wishing my daughter a happy birthday (as per my booking request).
Our driver ( jet lag and old age has caused me to forget his name) was excellent and helped with all our needs. Not only was he polite but also courteous to other drivers. During our journey to the hotel he pointed out various buildings, roads and points of interest.
The Mercedes was brand new and very comfortable and made the journey through the heavy traffic acceptable.
At the end of our holiday we got a cab back to the airport which, upon reflection, was a big mistake. If you need transport whilst visiting NY spend a few dollars more and go by limo but make sure it’s a MD limo.
I fully recommend M.D. Limousine Service and will tell all my friends and family in the UK that they are the Limo company to choose.

Driver was on time, friendly, and professional. Car was older model but clean and in good shape. We were glad we decided to get a car service... The line for cabs was ridiculous and it was brutally hot August day.
The price was fair considering it included tolls, parking, tip, and the driver waiting for you by baggage claim area.
I would recommend them and use them on my next trip to NYC."

Had service to and from newark airport 6/2-6/7/06.
When I tried to post my review via the mdlimo webist the link would not work. I contacted limos.com directly,got my review posted. I see current md limo comments are different than when the review 1st posted, & concerned they changed their comments (excuses) First time they said another company was "filling in" Now, no mention of that.Now they say they waited for 1 hour in the sun so ice melted. The car was in the parking lot and we had to lug our bags to it to get to the limo there was nothing melted-no ice!I do not appreciate misrepresentation regarding drinks. They were mini sized and 7 of us traveliing. If complementary, then why act like we stole? All other reviews are so positive: shocks me our experinece was so bad. Why did they change their comments ; I wonder about integrity. I woudnt unjustifiably post a negative review.Just a comment since I resepct limos.com and the service YOU provide."

"We had service on 6/2 from Newark Liberty to Hilton Garden Inn Times Square and back to the airport on 6/7. On 6/2 the driver Miguel did not introduce himself to us nor did he ever speak to us other than to tell me his name when I asked. The refreshments were warm and there was no ice. On 6/7 the driver also did not introduce himself to us, did not help much with the luggage only to put some bags in the passenger cabin and cuss as he did it. The passenger cabin had an unfinished alcoholic drink that made the car smell and on both rides, there was no tv as advertised on the company site and business card. Our driver for the return to the airport also dropped us off at the wrong terminal (international when we needed domestic which was disappointing because I called the night before to confirm). We were very disappointed with the services we received which were far from what we expected based on other reviews. "
