"Frank went above and beyond especially after TSA broke my walking cane before my flight to Cleveland. Helped with luggage and made sure I was properly settled at hotel room before leaving. Equally helpful when trip was over taking me back to airport. Personal service doesn’t come around that nice that often. So I want to make sure he gets the proper kudos for his efforts"
