"We booked Limousines etc for a trip to DIA. We were told via email that we would be charged the balance on the day of pick up. Instead we were charged in full the day before. The problem was that we were never picked up. They said dispatch did not have us even though I had received multiple confirmations including a payment in full email. We waited for 15 minutes thinking maybe they were running late. When I called to see what was going on they put me on hold for over 10 minutes (making us even more late for our flight), only to say they would try to have someone there in 20 minutes. Obviously that was no longer an option. We had to race to the airport and park ($18.00 per day) for a week!!!!! When I confronted the company I was referred to their attorney. Limos.com on the other hand was concerned and agreed to refund their deposit ($9.30). "
