A professionally trained chauffeur will assist you with your entry and exit from the vehicle as well as loading and unloading of your luggage. All RDU airport transportation airport arrivals and departures are carefully monitored by professionally trained dispatchers so that we can pick you up on time no matter what time your flight arrives we understand there are delays. RDU transportation air travel schedules are never a problem with us, as we are responsible for changes in any arrivals. Limo Service Response: "This lady was firing a worker and wanted us to transfer him to SC from VA. Our Chauffeur was loading a sedan from the truck to the back seat to the passenger front seat of all his desk and office boxes and stuff. She never informed us that we were also Moving Service like UHAUL. Also one of our seats got torn, Who will pay for that? This lady was very dishonest. She never said she was firing someone. She never said she was going to load our sedan like a moving truck. James OP "

"Limo was older, had cracked windshield and seatbelt issues. Driver was very good."
Limo Service Response: "All our Chauffeurs are background, DMV, drug checked. All our Chauffeurs are trained in customer service. Most of our Chauffeurs are retired Military. Sometimes we are so busy, it is hard to get windshield fixed. The windshield was on schedule for Mobile Repair, but your transportation came up and we will service the transfer first, then windshield. As for the seat belt issue, that is also fixed. These seat belts get a lot of work from customers in and out of vehicle. Lincoln stopped making the Lincoln Exec L since 2011. These vehicles are the proven and Best vehicle for Corporate Ground Transportation. 2011 is not too old, But these Lincoln are the Best. Thank you James Larue, Manager. end "

"The driver, Fredrick I think was his name, was excellent. He arrived 10 minutes early and that allowed me to make one final run-through of my apartment (make sure things were unplugged, etc.), and he was pleasant to talk to. He's the man. Percy (driver I had during my first experience) is the man too. There can be two men, that's okay."

" Driver was GREAT, but the vehicle(town car) I requested was replaced by an older model SUV Z71 that wasn't very refreshing had an unpleasant odor. I still gave a great tip because my other experiences with you guys was great."

"My experience was okay. I would not use this service again. It was very expensive for nothing. The driver had no water for clients. He got lost for an hour and I was charged for it. I think that was unfair. I also talk to a representative from limos and they said that there will be someone to contact me about the situation and that was 5 days ago. If anyone can read this don't use this service."
Limo Service Response: "This person had the wrong address for one of the vineyards. The driver did have water. We are a very good Chauffeured car service. This person could of went on to the next vineyard but insisted on continuing. PS, she didn't talk about how the driver went into town and asked where the vineyard was and how he found out that it has moved to another location. she didn't talk about how the Chauffeur kept his composure in a professional manner until the end of the ride. She didn't talk about how new and clean the vehicle was. She didn't talk about the wine she had to drink."
