"i have a claim in with the manager regarding the terrible and unacceptable experience. when booking the limo bus, the description and a representative assured me I was gonna have a bathroom on the bus, we did not. The heat blew out cold air and in order to stop the cold air the heater had to be shut off along with the lights, so we sat in the dark. The appearance was shabby, stained carpet/ half broken led lights(rope lights) .This is just some of the complaints. "
