"Our driver was willing and conscientious but a rank amateur. He knew little about Miami meaning we had to guide him on every turn. Worst, though, was that after we got on I-95 we told him to get off at 79th Street and then alerted him that it was getting close. Still, he stayed in the middle lane and couldn't exit when we got there so he took us all the way to 151st. Then, after exiting, we had to go a mile or so to find a place to make a U-turn so we could get back on 95. All that took 25 minutes, meaning we were 25 minutes late for our appointment and, consequently, 20-25 minutes late leaving. When we got outside, our driver was nowhere to be found and we had to contact his supervisor. Turns out the driver was having a snack at a nearby fast-food restaurant, adding yet another unnecesary 15 minutes. Because driver errors added at least 40 minutes overall to our time frame, we intend to contest any charge over the 3-hour minimum. "
"Our driver Marlin was prompt (early, even!), courteous, and most of all drove beautifully! I'm usually suspect of hired drivers because almost all hired cars I've been in have been driven like maniacs. Not Marlin! He was friendly and safe. His car was impeccably clean and in good condition. I'd gladly book another transport if I ever have need to be in the West Palm Beach area. It was also extremely convenient that Limos.com offered easy one way transportation without charging a bundle. It's a rare find."
