"Please don't use this service, I asked for a stretch limo, and they forced a Chrysler 300 on me that was not stretched, and when I questioned them about it, I was told we are all booked up. Horrible customer service. I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated and in this case I got rudeness, and someone that should not be in the business of serving the public... I see why the reviews are 6 yrs old......"

Limo Service Response: "Limos.com is a 3rd party referal source. Steveson couldnt understand that the particular vehicle she wanted was already booked. No one forced her into any vehicle..The chrysler she is referencing is a stretch. We never provided her any service what so ever so she has now idea what our service is like. Stevenson is simply discruntled because the vehicle she wanted was unavailable for the evening of her event and insisted on arguing the contrary. This is hardly an evaluation of hour company"

"I was *very* pleased with this limo service. The price was very reasonable and the people I worked with over the phone were very courteous. Our limo driver was excellent. The limo was clean and well-kept. They helped make my sister's bachelorette party a night we'll never forget! I would definitely use this service again. "
