"Terrible customer service. Do not call this company if being treated well is important to you. The rates are exaggerated and the experience is awful. Not worth it. After speaking with Tracey on the phone I can confirm that she is just about the rudest person I have ever encountered. I think it is unfortunate that when you call to get information about service you are assaulted on the phone by someone who is unhappy with her job and unprepared to answer the questions. When the best answer she can provide to your question is "because that's they way it is" or "weddings are different", it demonstrates that she treats her clients like children. I can honestly say that I will never recommend this company to anyone."
