"I just wanted you to know that I used Jessy's limo service last year when I took my family on a cruise. The driver was not in the luggage area as we had requested and did not have the sign with my grandchildren's names on it as had been promised. His excuse was that there was no parking available. We were dropped off in the street because of the incline of the drive at the hotel. All of this I could deal with. What I could not deal with was the fact that I had also booked and CONFIRMED prior to leaving home that we had a return booking for pick up at the Port of Miami for return to Ft. Lauderdale airport. I guess I should have questioned their reliability when I made the original booking and she promised to call me right back (and didn't) and all the calls came from her home with kids screaming in the background - not an office.) Anyway, NO driver showed up. When I called, I was told the booking was NOT on their books but that she would get a car there right away. NO car showed and further phone calls to both the office and the driver's cell phone were ignored and I got the message machine. I incurred over $100 in additional transportation charges due to their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I will NEVER again utilize their service, obviously, and hope you think twice before booking with them! "
