"The car was great, but the driver started taking us to the wrong venue even though we had a conversation about where we were going. We went at least 20 minutes out of the way. After the show we waited at least 30 minutes for him to arrive. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience, but I chose a more expensive company that was listed as a higher level on your sight so I could avoid these issues. I do not feel as though I got a good deal. "

"Hi Jonna, Happy New Year! I hope you are well. I wanted to write you and let you know that yesterday, we had a crazy travel day for some of our guests, in particular, The "Thunder from Down Under", who are a male dancer group from Las Vegas. They were scheduled to come into Burbank Airport, but as you know, the airport closed yesterday afternoon. Our guests were able to make a flight to LAX, but with very little time to spare to make the show's taping. This is where Jasmin Mahjoub and Billy Ulmer made all the difference! I must have called Jasmin a dozen times and she was helpful and understanding of our situation every time I called. Billy, as usual, got our guys here safely and in no time flat, despite closings on Sepulveda, terrible weather and constant calls from us. "ITS has treated us extremely well over the years. They have supported us for our Executive car service , and for VIP van/coach service for at least 7 years. ITS is always on site at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up. Over the many years, I can't recall any incidents or accidents. ITS Customer Service is the absolute best. No matter who you talk to in the organization, they always have been very helpful. Extremely professional and very responsive. Any and all requests have always been replied to in a short period of time (less than 1 hr). When calling in, you will get an immediate response. Sometimes I will just e-mail my request in , and I always get a very quick response with a "Driver Trip Ticket" and reservation number. I have dealt with other companies over the years and I have been asked by those drivers where to go and how do they get there. I have never had that problem with ITS. I don't know if they drive to the drop off location first, but they always seem to know exactly where to go. The drivers are very personable, professional and well dressed. No complaints. All of the cars are always clean and have never had a problem. One one occasion some years ago, one of the Vans seemed to have a slightly rough ride. I let ITS know and they fixed it. They want to know of any issue so they can correct it. In general, I think that ITS is competitive with their pricing. Although there may be some companies that we less expensive, it is ITS' fleet that we look at. When we go through our source selection, we looked at cost, but also how available the service is. We do have occasions where we need sedan service ASAP. ITS has a large fleet and the ability to track all of their cars. They can tell who is near by and can support. They have on multiple occasions been able to get to the location within 15 - 20 minutes. As you can tell, I'm a big fan of ITS. Their service is excellent and their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They can tell you at any time where a car is, how fast it is going and in what direction, and even if it is stopped with its engine off. I have used them for VIP van service. I was not able to stay with the van during their multiple runs. ITS was able to support me with an on-site coordinator. That person was able to see that every person arrived and returned to the destination with little direction from me. They just get the job done. I have total confidence in ITS. "

"Hello Ms. Sabroff: I just would very much like to take the time to e-mail you to let you know just how much Debbie helped out two days ago on 12JAN10. I was most appreciative of her assistance, as we had a party of three, business class passengers, arriving from Dubai without any Chauffeur Drive services booked. Most of all, one of the passengers was here for urgent medical treatment at UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, to which he and his party did not even have a hotel reserved on their behalves. Debbie personally escorted them up to our counter, to where she coordinated with me on their immediate needs. While I was on our duty mobile calling to try and secure hotel reservations for the party, Debbie helped with her own mobile, which had internet search capability to find additional hotels. We were able to secure the UCLA Tiverton House, a UCLA property, which specifically accommodates patients being treated at the medical center. Every other hotel we call were either sold out or priced far above what the passenger could afford. Once we secured the reservation, Debbie escorted the passengers back downstairs, made sure they were accommodated by limo and on their way. She stood by professionally and dutifully the entire time we were with the passengers, with several interruptions in between, as we had a departure to still get out. As in the Arab world, we would say "shukran" which translates as "thank you" to Debbie for her kind assistance, above and beyond that afternoon. Thank you for your time."
