First off Jennifer who did the booking was so helpful and put me at ease (trying to pull all this together was making me crazy...she made it much less crazy). Ray, our driver, was excellent and we absolutely loved him. I can't tell you how easy they both made the whole event for me and how much I appreciate them! We will definitely use them again. "

"Best limo experience ever! Everything went as planned. The limo was just how it was described and shows on their website. It was clean and ready for us with champagne to start off our trip. Every detail was taken into consideration. I went with my girlfriends’ wine tasting in Napa and totally had a blast. We were able to enjoy a nice limo ride yet visit several wineries as well. The driver knew exactly where everything was avoiding wasting time in finding places. I would recommend their limo services to everyone. Thank you."

"What a joke, promised one driver, sent another, promised itinerary for trip, delivered nothing. Limo had rust coming thru vinyl top, dirty streaked windows, broken interior pieces & controls, funky carpet used and abused, pulsating brakes.Asked to tour wineries with specailazing in White Wine when booked & paid, 1st two winerys visited under construction & dust bowls and only had 2 white wines. Driver wasted over an hour fumbling to find places to go, took off and left us standing 10 minutes after first stop, then took off when we were 250 ft from Limo at last stop making us think we were stuck. Owner wanted to argue about everything, lied to me about our original conversation, then said he heard about our trip all day. BULL S#iT! I never said a word to driver, was very courteous. Then driver milked us for additional 1 1/2 hours & never told us how much we were being charged. There is a lot in a name HOBO about says it. STAY CLEAR unless being lied to and a ruined trip is what you want"

Limo Service Response: "Wow very shocking to hear this. The customer called our company 6 times before his pick up and wanted to know what time we were going to pick up his wife and him. We were on time and had champagne ready for them.Started complaining two days prior the service day. I was going and should have cancelled the limo rental 2 days prior I knew he would never be happy. In fact at Wente Winery Resturant he stood up and complained about how slow his desert took to be delivered. For some one who is celebrating there 29 year anniversary you would think they would act alot different. To top off everything the client was absolutely intoxicated. The customer broke our handle on the door when he couldnt stand up. We charged $60.00 per hour he signed the credit card slip and contract. He sign additional 1.5 hours that was going to be charged to his credit card. Before the limo service started he signed the contract which states how much we charge. About the Dust bowl wineries I cant help that they are under construction out of my hands. Cant make everyone happy but we try our hardest to give proffessional service with every client. Since I started my limousine company 5 years ago I have never seen anyone act this juvenile ever."

"Don't let the Name Fool you! Hobo Limo was on time. The limo was Clean and stocked with plenty of the items I requested. The driver "Mike" was very knowledgeable if the City (Sf) and made it to our destination on a very tight time schedule. Great Job! A+ service and out of 3 other services I surveyed he was the best price! I highly recommend!"

"HOBO LIMO WAS A GREAT CHOICE 2 MAKE MY DGHTERS SWEET 16 BDAY XTRA SPECIAL THE CHFEUR ARRVD EARLY IN THE CLEAN, GORGEOUS LIMO & PRESENTED THE BDAY GIRL WITH A ROSE. THE GUESTS WERE ALL VERY IMPRESSED. THEY BLASTED THEIR GREEN DAY CONCERT DVD ON THE FLAT SCREEN TV THEN TOASTED THE BDAY GIRL WITH SPARKLING CIDER IN GLASS CH FLUTES. THE MOOD LITING & MOON ROOF WERE A BIG HIT. OUR CHAUFER WAS PROFESAL, COURTEOUS. THANKS HOBO LIMO FOR CREATING FABULOUS MEMORIES "
