"This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 29 years of existence in relation to any product or service. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent. They have no professionalism or even basic courtesy. Their supposed manager "tony" is impossible to get ahold of. I had called them for a week straight multiple times a day and left numerous messages with different people and never received a call back. I was simpy trying to confirm my reservation I made throught the limos.com site as I was instructed to do so. I am actually bewildered by the lack of customer service. It is amazing to me that this company is even in business. I hope that someone reads this review and avoids this pitiful company at all costs. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible. They have now caused me to have to find alternative means for the wedding day, which isnt the end of the world, but having something silly like a limo company throw a kink in the plans is just retarded."
