"I booked this a day prior and called limos.com to ensure the pickup info was correct since I was arriving at 11:55pm. I was assured that there were notes on the reservation to be clear on the time for pickup from the airport. I received notification that the driver would be waiting for me as scheduled, however, there was no driver and when I called the number given I was informed that they were going to have to dispatch someone to the airport. When paying for this type of service you expect them to be on time waiting for you, not you having to wait an additional 45 minutes after your scheduled pickup for a driver. I was extremely disappointed with this service and do not recommend anyone using this service unless you don't mind waiting. "
Limo Service Response: "we are very sorry about your wait time, due to the D.I.A rules and regulation we are not allow to send the driver to the terminal on till the customers are ready. once you are ready we have to go through security system to get a permission before the driver can be given access to the commercial terminal area, and this take more time due to many people waiting on line to get the permit. we appreciate your business Sunday C "

"Booked and paid for town car service to the airport from Boulder well in advance. On the day of our trip...you guessed it...the driver didn't show up. When I called the office, they said they'd call the driver & call me back. A few minutes later, they called to say the driver had a flat tire and would be there shortly. We waited...and called again, and we're told that a car would be there in 30 minutes...and then were told that a car could be there if we waited another 45 minutes. (Hello!?!?!...flight to catch!). Needless to say, we cancelled the reservation and drove ourselves and paid the parking (which was more than twice the cost of the car service!). A big, "thanks for nothing" to Go Shuttle."

"They were a no-show. I confirmed the day before and ask if they needed directions. THey assured me they had GPS and would call if there was an issue. At 15 min. late I called and was told he was close. We finally left and drove ourselves to teh airport. I don't know if he ever arrived but I did call the office . The were clueless. I'll see if they refund my money for te deposit. "

"I was very glad to have found this service online after trying to reserve a space on Super Shuttle and seeing that their LATEST pickup for me, for a 10:20a.m flight, was 6:10a.m. Ouch. Anyway, this shuttle offered the more reasonable pickup options from between 7am-7:45am, for about the same price ($24 inclusive). The driver showed up a few minutes early, there was only one other passenger, and we made it to the airport quickly (which is why I have time to post this...thanks, DIA, for the free WiFi!)"

"Booked my reservation easily thru Mr. Sunday. Driver arrived on-time (early in fact!). $12 less than any other company I called. I would use them again. "
