"I was very disappointed, My wive is short and has a bad knee, I wanted a town car for this reason, and you promised me a town car but you sent an suv. there is no leg room in the back seat and they are hard to get into. I will try you again but if a suv shows up I will send him on his way, and call some one else. The driver was very good."
