"I just celebrated my sister's bachelorette party, and I had one of the best limo experiences with this company. Not only was he five minutes early, but the vehicle still smelled brand new and was in perfect condition. He was very polite, even when we gave him wrong directions a couple of times, and he was always waiting outside the clubs before we were ready to leave each one. He was very patient with a large group of girls, and was always very courteous. He kindly reminded me when our time was about to expire so that we weren't charged for extra hours. Everything was great, and I would definitely use Genesis again!"
"We have used Genesis Limo since 2000 - mostly to get us back and forth to the airport. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the cars. They take exceptional care of all of their cars. I have never been in one that looked or smelled old or ratty - they always look brand new though I know they can't all be. The drivers are never late and always help you with your bags, treat the ladies like ladies (opening doors and such), and are courteous. (If you want to talk, they can hold a conversation and if you don't, the local paper and a few magazines are always available.)
(We have also used Genesis for stretch limo service for my Mother's 90th birthday in Feb. 08 and experienced the same great quality, value and service.)
I will continue to use Genesis Limo until the day I move out of Houston, and then I will use them as the standard to compare to when I have to choose a new service after that."
