"The pickup driver at Newark on 5/23 was clearly pissed that a) my flight was late and there was no gate for us to deplane and b) my luggage was slow to arrive from the plane. His placard in the window idenyifying it was my ride said "MAIK". My name is Michael. Because he was so pissed, it was difficult to understand where the pickup point was. Not good! The driver on 5/28 from mid'town to Newark was as drlight gentleman and more of what I am used to ehen using this service."
