"DO NOT USE. First, the company confirmed via email the date/flight change, but then "no showed" at the airport. Then stated car would be there in 15 minutes and it showed up 45+ minutes later. Then claimed the email must have been lost due to new management. Then made an unauthorized charge to my credit card (I had used them once before) after agreeing there would be no charge because my business - I am a travel agent - was important to them. "

"This may be a new company, but they could not have been better. Friendly, professional, not only on-time, but were early on our pick-up when we left and on our return. They were able to comfortably accommodate our 11 passengers and all luggage round-trip from Toms River, NJ to the NY Cruise ports in a brand new Escalade. We will use them again and agian."
