"The driver arrived 45 minutes late and the limo was filthy. He was cleaning trash out of it while we were getting inside. The limo had white streaks down the side of it. The inside had caked on dust and there were holes inside the limo. Not sure if the holes were suppose to have lights in them or what. The driver did not know where we were going. We had to give him directions. It made my event horrible."
Limo Service Response: "Please understand, this customer was unhappy as a result of arriving 20 min late not 45 min. This a result of a major traffic issue out of our controle. The two openings are there to alow air to blow out from the AC and Heat. The white streaks were from the rain the limo drove through on the way to the customer. When the water dry on the limo, it left a white residue. "

The Limo was clean, smelled fresh and the bar was stocked as expected. I would always use this Limousine company for my Luxury Limousine preference. "
