"very disappointed with the service. First we had a call that car which we have ordered had a problem with a/c and we were told that we are "upgraded" to stretch limo. Then car finally arrived with one hr delay. It was old , smelly piece of junk. Holes in the seats etc . At least driver was very friendly and professional and this somehow made us feel better. "
Limo Service Response: "UNFORTUNATELY THE VEHICE THAT WAS SENT OUT DID HAVE A/C PROBLEMS AND WE FARMED THE ORDER OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS I SAW THE CAR THAT WAS SENT TO YOU AND NEVER SAW ANY HOLES IN THE SEATS AND THE CAR WAS A 2009 I THING SOMETIMES WHEN ONE THING GOES WRONG WE HAVE THE TENDENCY TO EXAGGERATE THE TRUTH AND ME PERSONALLY I WOULD NOT GET ON THE HIGHWAY HEADED TO VEGAS IN A OLD BEAT UP LIMO THAT COULD POSSIBLY BREAK DOWN I THINK THAT YOU WERE ANGRY BECAUSE OF THE DELAY "
