"I booked a limo bus from 8pm until 4am on July 31st, based on hourly service and was not given any type of mileage or usage limit as long as we stayed in the general service area. We agreed on a competitive flat rate cost with open tip due at end of service. The plan was to be picked up at our hotel in Redondo Beach, be taken to dinner in LA then to a club in LA for a private party, then back to our hotel at the end of the night. I would rate them with the lowest possible number of stars. I was scammed, plain and simple. Everything went great for the first part of the night and service. Well, except that the driver tried to push me to give him a 20% minimum tip up front, claiming that was part of the agreement. I told him that I was told open tip at the time of booking and that it would be handled at the end of the service. He claimed "open tip" meant minimum 20% up front. I told him that was not going to happen. Now that I see how the night went, I know why he wanted his tip up front. After this, everything went great up until we had been at our club location for a couple hours... At approx 1:15am, one of our party members got tired and was not feeling well so she wanted to go back to the hotel. We called the driver to come get her, but when he got there he refused to take her, saying that he was not approved to do anything but take all of us back to the hotel at the end of the night. We rented the limo by the hour until 4am, not point to point service. I was very upset about this. He proceeded to put me on the phone with the "owner" who basically told me the same thing, with no explanation and quite rudely as well. At some point during all this the driver essentially threatened to leave us there which angered me greatly. We ended up all having to leave earlier than we wanted to because of this situation. We did not get our full 8 hours that we paid for and we were lied to by someone. The driver played the innocent "I'm just doing what my boss tells me, if it was up to me, I would..." So either he lied to me about that or I was deceived about what type of service I was paying for. If this was the type of service we wanted, we could have gotten cabs. As I said, I am very very unhappy and I plan to take my story and information to the better business bureau and to limos.com to do what I can to be sure this doesn't happen to anyone else."

"The driver was great, the receptionists were friendly but the 20 passenger limo bus had 13 seats and room for very little luggage. We were on each other's laps and the luggage was piled down the center aisle and continually fell on us. Not sure why they would send a 12-14 passenger van when we booked and paid for a 20 passenger limo bus!!! "
