"Our driver Joe was excellent, friendly, clean car but once again, very disappointed to have paid $263 plus tip for a FORD TAURUS EXPERIENCE WHEN I WAS CONFIRMED FOR A TOWN CAR ON YOUR EMAIL AS PRESENT FOR MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY ...I could have paid my neighbor to drop us off and pick us up for a lot less. This change in vehicle would have been good to know ahead of the pickup!! "
