"We booked ET limousine services for our Christmas eve bar hop. The driver was good and arrived on time. The limo smelled of smoke; the radio did not work. The driver tried multiple times, even pulling off the road but could not get the radio to work. Finally he just turned up the volume in the cab. The window only rolled up part of the way and would not close the last 2 inches, leaving a gap while we were traveling. The windows were sprayed with a dried, sticky substance - probably soda or champagne, not cleaned from the prior group. Water rings left on the coasters not cleaned from the prior group. No ice or water even offered. I have booked limos multiple times and this company was by far the worst we have ever experienced. I contacted the company the next morning and they made no offer to compensate us for the poor quality of their limos. We paid full price $240 and I would never use them again. "

"WOW, Talk about professional. I rented the Odessy limo for my wifes 40th Birthday and I cannot say enough about et limo. The Driver Joe called the day before to confirm then the day of the rental to see if i needed ice or anything in the limo. TO Top all that off My wifes sister and brother in law where running late from miami (Due to running the Triathalon) Joe saw that we were worried and suggested dropping us off where we were getting dinner then driving the 30 minutes back to get them. I HAVE RENTED many limos in the past and I do not know of one that would OFFER that. Awesome Limo company will definatly use them again and Personally to ETLIMOS and Sam and The Higher Company THANKS SO much you guys Made My wifes Birthday!!!!!"
