"Adrienne was wonderful, accommodating and very funny. She drove us to CVS so we could stock up on a few more bottles of alcohol and was great waiting for us at the VA Hospital. We strapped on the bike rack without a problem and I'm sure were quite a sight to see in a limo with two bikes on its trunk. She let us unload the bags and bike, and then drove us to a restaurant in downtown Burbank (we walked home). It was an amazing day! We decided collectively that we will DEFINITELY use Epic again next year for our annual AIDS Ride pick-up, and we will be requesting Adrienne as our driver. I have also been thinking about a limo ride for my birthday in September -- I'm about 90% sure that's what I want to do, and I will DEFINITELY be in touch with you if I decide for sure...and I'll be requesting Adrienne. "

"Five stars for EPIC! Called EPIC for service same day/evening. Curtis was kind, professional and a joy to speak with. We set up pick-up for a family member at LAX --- as a surprise. The family member was very pleased, car was on time and driver was very professional and pleasant. The family member left his cell phone in the back seat and had no idea until the driver returned a few minutes later with the phone in-hand. Is a limo just a limo? Maybe, unless it is EPIC ... a small service-oriented company doing big things. Highly recommended. "

"WOW! The service provided by Epic Limousines during our recent family vacation was superb. Both drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. We got exactly where we needed to be ahead of schedule. I was cautious making a reservation online with a company I had no knowledge of, but all my concerns were eliminated. I would highly recommend Epic Limousines to anyone requiring transportation in the Los Angeles area. My family were most surprised to see the liveried driver waiting for us at the airport. "Oh my gawsh!! I highly recommend Epic Limos. My prom was on Saturday and I was at the school half an hour early to be ready for the limo guy...he was already there!! We arrived on time and everything was amazing!! John, the driver, was so courteous and Curtis (even though I called him a million times) was always patient and kind on the phone and answered ALL of my questions!! I wish I could do something more than a review because I NEVER expected such great service!! John was the first limo up at the front of our school and he got us their first with time to spare!! Oh!! And they had the best prices!!! I called a bunch of companies and got bad service (over the phone) and even worse prices...then I stumbled across Epic and Curtis sent me an email with pictures and details and a lovely highlighted estimate!!!
