"I have used Limos.com multiple times and have been extremely happy with their service. Drivers usually are on time and text ahead of time to let you know they are there. This trip was not good. The driver number given wasn't correct. Calling into Limos.com only gave me a recording. They called me back a hour later. What if I was still stranded at the airport? The driver number was the "boss" and not the actual driver who didn't bother to check my arrival time of my flight to see if I was early or on time. This company that Limos.com used for this ride was not the best. A frustrating end to an otherwise good trip."

"Spin from Quil Limousine was amazing. Came for a trip with my family, 6 of us, to Disneyland. Last time driver from a different company was terrible and I was very stressed about this trip. Everything was amazing. Driver was on time. Super friendly and professional. Helped with bags and with our two small children. Was very patient as we worked to get car seats in vehicle. Great no stress experience. Will use again 100%"
