"I booked Ebube as a special treat for my family for the trip from LAX to Disneyland. I was talked into Ebube because it had a higher customer rating. When we arrived at 10:30 AM - no Limo. So I phoned. The response I receive was that they had me arriving at 10:30 PM. This excuse was given - despite the fact that we had provided the Airline and Flight #. I am sorry that my review has to give them any "dots". I would prefer to give them zero."

Limo Service Response: "Dear Alan, it is very unfortunate you feel that way. The truth is the person you made reservation with which is from LIMOS.COM made a mistake and reserved your ride for 10.30pm instead of 10.30am. There is no way we could have imagined the time . When you called we went back to check the reservation with limos.com and they equally have you for 10.30pm. The mistake was from your primary reservation person . We are just secondary execution company. I believe they must have confirmed the mistake with you."

"This limo company provided amazing service. The driver was on-time and the limousine was very clean well stocked with beverages. I was detained for 15 minutes and he waited patiently with no extra charge. I was particularity impressed with the drivers attire very professional. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants good service. "
