"Had two transfers one from Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome and from Rome to Leonardo DI Vinci airport. Drivers were prompt and professional, the help center was very helpful in getting the driver there early. I will definitely use limos.com for all my business needs"

"We are now not sure. We expected to pay for 6 hours round trip for one way drive tip included - approximately $418 US. Charged $880 for 6 hours + 4.5 hours plus tolls - after we gave hime a $40 Euro Tip on top of tip included in our original booking. We did make 1 bathroom stop for a few minutes and paid for his cafe - still made 1 way trip in 2hrs 20 minutes. We thought we were happy until bill came in at $880 US."
