"I was a little skeptical about Dan Limousine, based on the customer revieew, but since they had a great selection of cars for a good price, I decided to try them anyway. The guy that took my reservation was nice, but he wanted me to pay without knowing what kind of car I was getting. I told him I wanted a guarantee on the car first, so he said he'd call me back once he figured out which car they'd have. He called back within 10 minutes and we got everything squared away. The chauffer was early, which was great. However, he had no familiarity with the area, so we had to give him directions to and from our destination. When we got to the restaurant, he let us out on the corner, so we had to walk the rest of the way! I provided the name and address of the restaurant when I made my reservation, so I'm not sure why this happened. Also, the car was not in the greatest condition; it was clean for going thru the car wash at the gas station, but not "limousine clean". Overall, I was satisfied, but I'm not sure if I will use Dan Limo again."

"BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES! I paid 35% above the quoted $40 for an airport transfer to my home. Driver produced detailed invoice with several new fees which brought price to $64.00 not including gratuity. Driver was courteous so I tipped $16.00 and told him to tell the owner that I would never use them again. Bottom line...$40 quote ended up at $80.00. I have taken well over 100 limo rides over the years on business travel, and never manipulated like this. I do not recommend this company."

Limo Service Response: "Mr Ron Macdonald decided to gave the driver exra money because at the bottom of all our emails there's a column shows the exra charges. gratuity for driver, parking and off hour pickup charge. So he know s the grauity has been included with the price on invoice the driver gave him. so if he decided to give drive extra money there's nothing our company can do about it. Thanks Alex."
