"Had a confirmed reservation for April 1 12:45 am , no one was there to meet me . Called Office number on confirmation and the person that answered had an abstract reservation for sometime in the afternoon. Flight number and details provided and still they didn't get it right. The only option I had was to wait 45 min to over an hour for someone else. I chose to take another service that was ready at the airport . "

Turned at 15 minute ride into an hour and then dropped me off at the (closed) convention center instead of the hotel reception. Customer service email address never responded to complaint."
