"I reserved a Bentley limo in May, 2013 for nine people to Ravinia. The limo arrived on August 17. The driver never greeted us, opened the door or helped us put coolers in the trunk but he did ask about paying the $300 balance on the car. I said I only pay the balance when we return. The spare tire in the trunk was flat. We seated ourselves in the limo - there were old used bottles of water and it was dirty inside. The air conditioning and radio did not work. When I asked the Limo driver about it (it was blowing hot air) he passed me his phone to talk to his supervisor who said they did not have any replacement vehicles and his three "lead" drivers were not available. I asked if the driver could open the sun roof since all of the controls in the back were not working and the driver did not know where the button was to open the sun roof. The supervisor asked to talk to the driver again and he walked him through opening the sunroof. When we arrived in the Ravinia area the driver did not know where the entrance was; had to pull into a driveway and dented and scraped the driver's side and top of the vehicle when he hit a street sign. He asked again about paying the balance. I said I don't pay until we return to our home. He picked us up, on time, at the end of the concert and again he did not help with anything. When we asked about closing the sunroof a little as well as closing the windows he did not know how to do it. He had to pull over and figure it out, with the help of a friend up front. When we arrived home, he got out of the limo and walked to the back of the car to wait for me and we could not get out as he had not unlocked the doors nor turned on the inside lights. He got back in and turned on the inside lights but did not open the doors. I asked him again through the open window to let us out. which he then did. He then asked for the balance which I refused but I did give him a tip. It was the WORST experience with a limo company ever."
"What beautiful Mercedes GL SUV limo. We had an awesome time and the customer service was great. Ken was super helpful and everything was as explained. I will use them again."
"I would not recommend this company to anyone. The transactions I requested they make for payment were incorrect and they were paid in full prior to the day of my wedding and the car never showed. They said the car was broken down but didn't call me to tell me until they were two hours late already. They didn't even call me themselves to tell me the car was broken down, they had another driver from another company call me first. They did call another company to have a different car pick me up, which was the only positive thing, but I didn't get any of the amenities or bells and whistles I paid for and of course it caused a whole other issue with payment for that other company. I do not recommend this company."

"The service was great. The Rolls Royce Gangsta limo was beautiful. Everyone in my party wanted to take a picture with it and even some people from another party. They even put some balloons in the limo with one saying happy birthday. Will use again."
