"Captain Limousines were very easy to deal with. They called and confirmed all was a go. They did however had to change the limo I reserved due to some issues with the lights on the white hummer but the black one was okay. except it did not have A/C which of course the day we went it got pretty warm in the limo. Over all the experience was good. The driver was wonderful! He was on time and very helpful. I would call Captain Limo's just to have Ryan as a driver again. Maybe next time I will get the Limo I actually reserved."

"The driver was late. There was no way to get in touch with him. Nobody was checking the flight status. Driver was at the wrong location. Then when the company followed up, the lady I spoke to wasn't concerned that the plane came in over 30 minutes early and didn't care that nobody could get in touch with the driver. Apathetic at best. Never again and I will actively ensure my friends don't use this company."

"When I booked with you, the gratuity was included and charged to my credit card. My driver, however, did not know this, and told me that was not true. This was my first time using the service, so I tipped him in cash and then later found out that I indeed tipped him twice. It would be helpful for the drivers to be aware that their tip is included and they are not being short-changed."

"I had such a great experience with Captains. My flight arrived nearly 45min early into DFW and when I called my driver, Ray, he was there within 15 minutes. The car was pristine, the conversation was enjoyable and my children were made to feel right at home. I will def book Captain's again and again. T. Martin"

"Me and some friends used Captain limousines to go to a Cowboys game this passed weekend. We had a killer time. Our driver was awesome and saved our butt when the parking guy was giving us the business. Traffic at Cowboys Stadium sucks. "

"We used this company for my sister's bachelorette party. We rented the Hummer and it was so nice. We had a ton of fun! We did not have to worry about anything...everything was taken care of...and the driver was so sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better night out with the girls. I would definitely recommend this company. "

"I rented a limo for my birthday this past week and it was more than i could ever ask for. The Hummer that showed up to my door was beyond my wildest dreams. I felt like a celebrity when me and my friends showed up to the restaurant. Our driver Peter was super nice, and saved the day when we forgot our ipod, he had tons of great cds that we listened to. The price is well worth the quality of service that I received. "
