"Car schedule for 6:30. Starting at 6:15, 3 missed calls (I was in shower) Got sow stair at 6:30. No driver Called missed number. Said he was late, traffic. Would be 3 minutes At 6:45, called driver again. No answer Tried main number. Got answering machine. Tried driver again, said car trouble would be there soon. 6:55 call from car company saying driver had flat (hard to believe given above). New car was 20 minutes away Another car at hotel from local company took me to airport. Arrived at 8am for 8:30 flight. "

"The driver was on time and courteous. However, we were unhappy with the company because we were not sent a proper car seat. The reason that we chose your company was because we had wanted to ensure our son's safety, and we were told that you would provide a car seat for a 1 year old. But what arrived was a booster seat, which is as unsafe for an infant as nothing at all. In any event, we were disappointed. "
