I had made the mistake of booking with another limo company 4 months in advance only to have them cancel my reservation the week of my best friend's bachelor party. Lucky for me Chantel took our reservation at the last moment and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very friendly and professional, Chantel is my hero. The limo was clean and requested beverages were provided. When we changed our destinations, she had no problem with adapting to the new agenda. If I rent another limo it will be with no one other than Chantel!"
