"Do not use Big League Limo service. Your wedding will be ruined. Promised a 12 passenger limo for my daughter's wedding and arrived with a Party bus. What an embarrassment to arrive in a party bus to the ceremomy. It was also not cleaned with dirty windows and garbage around. The owner refused to negotiate with me and spoke to me rudely when I complained."
Limo Service Response:
"This is a total fabrication, the customers vehicle had issue with air-conditioning and we sent another vehicle a more expensive one a limousine Bus and I told the driver if their was an issue to have them call us. They did call a day later, but what they did not tell you is what they did in the before calling. they left dirt and trash in the bus they threw a soiled baby diapper in the bar area where people get there soda,ice and water from and told several people at the reception were we knew many of the people they left it on purpose. The gentelman and ladies did not act as such during the ride. Next we did try to negotiate but he just wanted to get his way, even though we had to expend xtra time and money getting the bar sink trap and ice bin cleaned by a service do to the intentional classy act. Lastly they are having people file complaints to try and Blackmail us into giving them money and said as much this morning in his email.
