"I had an excellent experience with Bella Stella Limousine service. I called the day before to confirm out late (midnight) arrival time. The text had the contact number, and the representative confirmed the driver had arrived, and would wait for us (last off the plane). We were met in baggage claim, and he waited with us as our baggage was delayed by three previous flights on the same carousel. We were appropriately assisted in and out of the car (I am disabled, and need help with a bad leg), and then driven directly to our hotel. PS: love the Jag."

"I will ensure to tell all of my colleagues and friends to never patronize Bella Stella Limousine. The service was horrendous, I've never used a limo service that didn't have the driver meet your name on a sign. How will I know who my driver is? He came into the hotel lobby and stood there, I saw him come in and had no clue who he was. There were many people in the lobby. The vehicle they sent was not the vehicle on the itinerary. They sent me an antiquated mini bus that was decrepit and leaking water on my colleagues. On the ride to the airport I immediately called to voice my concerns. "

"How can I put this politely? The driver, though courteous, was completely clueless about how to get from the Indianapolis airport to my hotel -- the Marriott Downtown, which I think would be a fairly common destination for a car service. First, his antiquated GPS gave him the wrong directions. Second, he drove right past the hotel three times (even though I pointed it out to him) before circling the block a fourth time and then finally dropping me off. And third, he remarked after missing the driveway the third time, 'This is why I hate to drive from the airport to downtown.' Really? Even if he feels that way, should he say that to a customer? Again, the guy was very polite. Just very inept."

"We have been using this company extensively in the last 4 months for transportation from and to the Indianapolis airport. They have consistently been BY FAR the cheapest option for the service we need. Over that time, consisting of something like 8 pickups, we have had nothing but outstanding service. All of our guests have had no issues meeting the car, even with flight delays, at all hours of day or night, and they all have reported enjoyable drives (more than an hour one way) in great cars with friendly drivers (they love the Jag). Not only would I recommend using them again, I have already recommended them to co-workers who are also bringing in visitors. I've noticed the prices are starting to creep up a bit from where we started, and they are pushing the level of where we might have to start utilizing more public transportation, but as it is, this is the only limo company that is worth the cost for our airport transportation."
