"Time and time again, Avia Luxor delivers! We are a special events production firm and have used them on many occasions for several years now. Every time they have met, if not exceeded, our expectations. We recently used Avia's services and limobus for our most important event, the wedding of our Company President's daughter. As always, the service and attention to detail was outstanding. They even stayed an hour and a half longer than we originally requested. "I rented the Party Bus from Avia for my sister and her fiance's bachelor/bachelorette party. From the beginning when I had to program the first address into the GPS for the driver, I felt like I was having to pay more attention to him than enjoying myself with the group. Not only did he make wrong turns, but I felt like he took longer routes to get to our destinations. I just expected someone who was supposed to be a professional driver in Birmingham to know more about the area and not depend on me and the groom-to-be to get around the city. And I certainly would not have given a 20% tip if it wasn't included in the contract. I also was under the impression that there was to be some beer and wine already on the bus which the driver knew nothing about. Although the interior of the bus was nice with the lighting and sound system, it was a very rough ride because we felt ever bump on the road! When I contacted the owner and gave him all the complaints above, he simply replied that he would give me a $69 credit for not having the alcohol and thanked me again for my business...ignoring all other complaints. "

"Im glad there is a spot on here for a review! Avia Luxor provided limousine service for my husband and I to a concert. I accidentally left my cell phone in the car. I contacted Avia and the driver drove to my house, 15 miles out of his way to bring me my phone. We were already very happy with the service but this puts them in a class by themselves. Thank you very much!!!"

"We used Avia for transportation to a college football game. I asked the owner how to give him a review. He didn't ask why, just told me how. I'm a director in the medical industry and have used every type of transportation out there in every major city. Avia's attention to detail and professionalism are unsurpassed. I happen to mention a certain drink we like and they even had a bottle awaiting us in the limo. I now choose Avia 100% of the time. Well done guys!"
