"The driver was terrible. Not familiar with Washington, D.C. Nor the vehicle. Lock 3 passengers in van. Drove like a 90 year old I called 3 times to confirm itinerary. Despite this and Garmin in van a really poor experience. A nice guy but clearly not his regular job. Training and orientation to Washington, D.C. Is needed"

"I should have read the reviews before using the company. If I could choose zero rating I would. I rented a hummer H3 stretch for my birthday and we planned this for a months. We made reservations for dinner in Dc. after waiting 20 minutes I called the company the Limousine was no where to be found. Then after 45 minutes still no Limousine. I was very disappointed that I was late to my own birthday party, my friends and family came from out of town and we did not even make it to our dinner reservations the whole night was ruined. Needless to say I should have seen the price and saw the red flags.This ended up being the worst experience ever me and my family had to drive ourselves. I will not reffer this company to anyone as their is no guarantee you will get a Limo. Jim l - Washington Dc"

"Atlas Limo was very unprofessional and unreliable. They showed up 1 hour late to my house for my wedding was very pushy. They were not helpful and very unfriendly. The limo was dirty and very suspacious with no beverages inside. What a nightmare the day I was to walk down the aisle. They provided the worst service I have ever delt with and I would not reccomend them for your occasion."

"Ive contacted my lawyer this company is very shady they hang up on you after taking all your information then they say they are booked and hang up not only that they try to take your payment info and steal your money very shady very bad company TOTAL RIP OFF!!!."

"Hired a shuttle bus for my sons wedding . The driver was very late so many guests found their own transportation When he finally arrives at the hotel to pick up the few remaining he then refused to go up the driveway at the wedding venue ( catering trucks and limo had no problem with driveway) so my guests had to walk 1/4 mile to the reception site. At the end of the night guests were standing on dark country road.Waiting to be picked up. Tried to speak with company and got the run around for over 3 weeks. Decided to go to office but when I googled the address found out it was just a house. Adress for other office is a condo as well. There is no office This is a shady company. I will never use them again and tell everyone to avoid them. I have filed a complaint with better business."

She call make complain driver was 10 minute late and used 30 minute additional service . she talk to driver in conference call and driver say no one paid me any thing . she is making false statement that she paid cash tip to driver . It was clear when we put three way driver then she says my daughter in law then we expalian to her give your daughter in law she never provide . If she was unhappy why she pay tip to driver it means she is making false statement . driver make first trip right infront of building but he says due vehicle size and turning it will damage their property . With their mutual understand he load and off load pass 10 feet away .she is making all falls staement . we never ask her pay any tip to driver . her statement is contrary .she talk to driver by conference call . she never paid any thing to driver nor company request to pay driver .it is totally false statement . if any one has question feel free to call manager 301-792-1000"

"Atlas was able to provide the right sized vehicle that we needed for transport to our wedding functions, and it came at the best price in its category. Invoicing and payment went seamlessly. Atlas's website is not quite up to par, as it is not the most user-friendly site, and, more importantly, the written English is poor. The mini bus that we rented was on time and clean, with an appropriately dressed driver and the correct addresses of everywhere we needed to go. After a question arose on Atlas's side, I got a phone call from a very rude dispatcher, who hung up on me. That was the worst part of their service. If you can take things like this with a grain of salt, the rest of Atlas's service will fall in line. I guess that's the price I paid, but if Atlas paid more attention to customer service in their advertising and first-hand communication, they could do so much better, given their already competitive prices."

"No professional here, no suit either, short sleeve plaid shirt and dirty blue jeans. I hope he actually has a license. Been riding in the car for 15 minutes and he's still on the phone. I will not be using this service again."

"Very disappointed with this company. The air conditioning was not working in the heat of the summer so had 16 women sweating to death. Asked repeatedly to turn on or fix without a solution. I felt very embarrassed to treat my guests to a Limo like that. Also when booking was told would have complimentary sodas and water only to find NO sodas and only 6 waters for a 20 passenger Limo. Have ridden and rented a Limo before and was given tons of soda and water complimentary. Would not recommend this company. Also was told could plug in your ipod for music only to find it didn't work every time we made a turn or bump. So tried the FM station only to find it didn't work. Not a great way to start a party."

"Horrible - blew our airport transfer both ways. On pickup, we paid extra for in-airport greeting. Driver was late, phoned us and said please come upstairs I'll meet you on the curb. Dragged two infants and a 75 year old Grandma upstairs with all the luggage, waited a total of one hour. Instead of refunding us the extra in-airport fee, they actually over-billed our credit card by $22 over what limos.com promised. On return, they just didn't show up. Forever, and ever, and ever. Kept calling, there's been an accident, the replacement driver is almost there. Finally at risk of missing our flight we are getting in cabs when someone shows up. Vehicle is a run-down car with 141,000 miles on it. 5 minutes into the drive, all sorts of warning lights start flashing and the vehicle is making loud noises. Driver looks scared, pulls over to the side of the freeway, walks around the vehicle for 10 minutes on his cell phone calling for help. Finally decides just to try to make it to Dulles "going slow". Proceeds to drive 30-40 mph on the freeway rest of way, a lot of time talking on his cell (isn't that illegal? it should be...). Overall we arrived at Dulles 1 hour late, miss our flight, and have to spend $650 to overnight 5 people. To add insult to injury, we write a polite email seeking a refund and the company simply never responds. Limos.com tried to contact the company and again they just ignore even limos.com. Eventually we have to dispute the charges with our credit card company."
