"This experience was infuriating. The driver was early and then charged us overages. The limo was outdated, smelly and uncomfortable. The driver did not know how to use the basic systems (air conditioning, radio, moon roof). When I confronted the company about my issues, I did not receive an apologize only excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASSION!!!!"
Limo Service Response: "Im sorry if you were not happy with your ride. The car is very clean, and does not smell at all. The moon roof is not to be opened at all, only for an emergency. As for the radio, they all are brand new and the driver informed me that he did show you how to operate the radio. We did not charge you for showing up early You were to have the car from noon to 9pm, you had it from noon till 10pm. You were charged 1 hour extra. Im sorry for any misunderstandings."
