"We booked an SUV for LAX to Santa Monica transfer, with a lot of luggage and two kids. Alex was very helpful with the quote, and the driver who picked us up was lovely to our daughters ... made a real fuss of them and chatted to them ... and they loved the fact she was a woman, of course! SUV was huge and right there when we called coming out of customs. Totally recommend Ark based on this experience and we're using them for the return to LAX at the end of this week."
