"The driver is warm, friendly and willing to put up with me and my attitude! For the second time in 4 weeks he was asked to haul groceries up three flights of stairs and has not complained. This time he also had to wait while I went for packages at the complex mailroom and did not complain! I hope he stays friendly as I may need him in two more weeks when I go to the doctor again. I am ashamed to say he gave a compliment about how I had improved my walking in two weeks and I complained that I did not heal fast enough. He is a wonderful driver and I can be a lousy person when injured! The ride was smooth and he made sure my walker was there at my door when I got out - even if it took me an extra minute due to forgetting to take aspirin for pain!"
