Limo Service Response: "My apology for your bad experience I would like to clarify limos.com uses different affiliates like us all over and each company have their own policy, our company do not charge nor add any gratuity to any fair nor required it, since the booking goes through a third party software so its hard for the driver to know if you are our customer or an affiliates besides we do see the need to explain that to the drivers cause we expect the best service from them, so if you ask him then he told you the correct answer; if he had ask for it then i can asure you that he will be fired on the spot. my apology again. if there is anything we can do fir you to fix this we wont hesitate. thanks Alex "

"Steve was an excellent driver. He was very easy to spot at the airport. The only complaint was it was a 6 passenger SUV. One person in my party sat on the floor in between seats. We would definitely use this service again!"

"When arriving at Galveston port it would be nice for the driver to get out of car and have a sign with our name on it due to so many people. Driver said there are many mixups here because of lack of driver communication. A driver waived us down and it was the incorrect driver. Wasn’t figured out until outside of port. Had to return and meet our driver. Very confusing, but after on boats with our driver, was very pleasant experience."
