"Just a quick note to say GREAT job! Lonnie and Pete (our driver) did a wonderful job coordinating our drive from LAX to Disney Grand Californian in a stretch limo. On time, on budget, and professional. It was a family surprise and the look on my 15 year old son's face was priceless! He was so excited he left his phone in the car and Lonnie is making sure we receive it at the hotel before our trip ends. Just a few more dollars than taking the over crowed Disney bus and what a way to arrive in style. Thanks, "

"My family and friends could not be happier with the services provided by American Limo for our annual Disneyland trip. We surprised our kids with a limo which was 114.00 all inclusive each way from LAX to Disneyland. There were 8 of us and it was actually cheaper to take the limo than the shuttle. Everyone loved the limo treatment and the driver Pete was excellent, professional and courteous. Thanks for making out trip one to remember. Highly recommended. "

Whether it is large groups arriving at LAX or an individual arriving on a delayed International flight, no one is left standing on the curb looking for transportation. "Lonnie saved our prom! The first company we hired showed up in an old bus that was embarassing. Even worse, the bus ran out of gas on the 5 freeway in Irvine in heavy traffic...really. The driver actually asked us for cigarettes and money to bus gas. One of the moms called Lonnie at American Limo. He calmed everyone down over the phone and promised to be there in 30 minues and he was. He showed up in a beautiful new Escalade pretty fast. We missed our dinner but we made it to our prom on time and Lonnie drove us around after the prom. We had a blast! Thank you, Lonnie! "

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Originally got a quote to drive our family of 10 to the Long Beach port. Was quoted $95 plus tip for a total of $114. Called back a few weeks later and spoke to Lonnie about changing number in our group to 11 and he was great and suggested upgrading the limo for $20 more. A few minutes after the call, Lonnie emailed me two invoices -one for $138 and one for $162. I called Lonnie back and he was helpful and said the $138 invoice was correct (original quote of $95 plus $20 for a total of $115 and $23 gratuity). The morning of our trip, I get an "fraud alert" email from American Express and they indicated that American Limousine had charged my credit card $138 and then subsequently charged another $24 and American Express had flagged the $24 charge for possible fraud. I sent an email to American Limousine regarding the discrepancy and got ready for our trip. The driver shows up and said that my credit card had been denied. I explained the situation, showed the driver the invoices that I had for $138 and figured everything was fine. The driver called Lonnie and then informed me I needed to pay the full $162 charge. I called the office and left a message. I asked the driver for Lonnie's number and Lonnie called me and said "The price is $138 plus tip". Lonnie said the invoice that I had was indicated a price of $138 plus tip to which I said, "The invoice states $115 and $23 tip". Lonnie then said "Nope. I will just tell the driver to leave" The driver refused to talk to me, refused to call Lonnie back, unloaded the vehicle and drove away. No amount of pleading and begging worked. Imagine 10 family members staring at me and "stranded"...NOT the start of the vacation we were hoping for... The company never returned my calls or email. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO AVOID THIS OUTFIT. "
Limo Service Response: "We never conducted business with this client. He originally booked a 10 passenger Limousine through American Limo but then called back and said that his passenger count was now beyond 10. I referred him to an affiliate company and informed him of the additional charges associated with the larger vehicle. American Limo reimbursed his card immediately. On the day of service the affiliate company provided a 20 passenger limo SUV. The driver called me from the location stating that the client's credit card was declined and the client was showing him paperwork from my company for a 10 passenger limousine. The client wanted to pay that amount and nothing more to the driver. I talked to the client and told him that he would have to pay the driver in cash since his credit card was declined and that they would not do it for my 10 passenger limousine price. The client said absolutely not and I said that the company would not provide the services for that price and would leave. I then talked to the driver and he said that this was making him late to his next client and was going to leave. What it comes down to was that the client's credit card was declined as the customer states above and apparently was providing false information to the driver about the agreed upon pricing and vehicle. The driver deemed him as a fraudulent customer who was trying to cheat him and refused to do service with "

"Thanks for hooking us up with Lonnie and American Limo. We ended up with 9 hours of limo time and went to L.A. for dinner. Paul and Lindsay got to ride in it for a few minutes across Irvine. The limo was clean and well-stocked. The drive, Gardner, went to the same high school as my father in law in LA."

We had an family incident while getting off our plane and the limo service turning up on time and being very professional helped calm everything down - the driver 'Steve' was very friendly and enjoyed a laugh.
