"After numerous times of trying to book a limo for our prom we were scammed. We asked the service provider at Alpine Limos at least four times over the phone the exact price of renting a limousine and gave them our full information, including our information for purchasing, only to find out the price they gave us was 150 dollars more than what we were told. I would no recommend using this company."
"This company is horrible. DO NOT book any reservations with them. They ruined my wedding day. I specifically asked for a white limousine and they sent me a silver one! Who the hell gets a silver limo for a WEDDING! They claim the white limo broke down, how convenient. If this was the case why did they not sent another WHITE car as this is the color I requested. They have poor service. I called for some kind of credit and all they could offer was a 10% refund. Please explain how $20 is going to fix my WEDDING pictures! These people don't care about what the customer wants. I called back for more credit and was told the manager was no longer there. I just got off the phone w/him 2 minutes ago and coincidentely he's not there! How convenient. They better be sure that I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. Also there was no FREE champagne as stated in there ads."
"We had Apline Limo pick us up in Coral Springs and take us to the Port of Miami. The driver called just before he arrived, which was a few minutes early; was very polite and knew where to drop us off to get on our cruise. Days later they picked us up on time and were very considerate by calling us to find out where we would be waiting once we got off the ship. Their prices were excellent too. We will definitely use Alpine Limo the next time I am in Florida."
"Alpine was used for my bachelorette party-03/05/05 and wedding-03/12/05. To our surprise for both nights we were upgraded to an Excursion. Franco our driver was great! When picked up at the Biltmore Hotel to go to the church there was Franco with a silver stretch Excursion. My now husband and the church guests were very impressed. Thank you Alpine for making both nights so memorable. We had a blast both nights. I will be calling you again for our next outing. The service was excellent!!!"
"I used Alpine-limo on a recent surprise trip for my wife's birthday. I was a little worried because they had undercut everyone by 25% - 50% of the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the stretch SUV limo that showed up. It was more than we could have hoped for.
The driver was great. The trip to the airport was at 7am and the driver was outside my door waiting at 6am.
I would highly recommend Alpine. Best service at any price and have BEST price in the business.
