"I had set up an early morning pickup (5:45am). When no one had shown up by 5:50 I tied to contact the driver and Alpha Limo, but neither answered the phone or responded to messages. Ended up having to hail a cab at 6:15. Ranking says it all... "Terrible" service!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Driver never showed up. Tried calling the contact number for the company several times, even left messages. No reply or returned call. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to take a cab."
"On December 2, 2012 my family and I, six of us waited in pouring rain for
the limo to show up. They did not! They called us at the time they were due and were an hour out still. We had to jump in our car, all six of us (5 passenger car), and rushed to airport and made our plane by about one minute. And that was rushing and running the entire way. They have not made good on promise to reimburse us and LIMOS.COM has totally shafted us....good luck"

"Excellent experience! My flight arrived earlier, but Alpha Limousine offered to pick me up earlier with no problems, so I didn't have to wait outside for 30 min. They also upgraded the ride for free from town car to SUV just to appreciate the customers of limos.com - very touching! The driver, Shaun, was very helpful, polite and adequately entertaining. It was an extremely smooth and quick pick up and ride home from SFO - which was exactly what I needed after a long tiring late night flight."

"I have rode with Alpha Limousine a few times now and I must say that they are a top of the line black car provider. This particular pick-up was in their Mercedes S- Class vehicle and I will say it was amazing. The back seat was extremely spacious, there were multiple bottles of water and the daily newspaper provided and BACK seat warmers, my favorite thing on the planet! They were 10 minutes early for my pick-up and got me to the airport safe and sound. Highly recommend Alpha for any ground transportation needs. "

"It was a breeze! The limo was waiting for us for almost 20 minutes, which is great. Early is better in my opinion especially nowadays. The chauffeur was friendly, professional, and picked up and took out all our luggages from the trunk. The limo was clean, no bad smells or anything. 3. Credit card is not charged.
Alpha Limousine's version:

3. Alpha charges my card $165.
4. I call customer service and they agree to credit my card.
5. 2 weeks later, no credit applied.
6. A 2nd call yields a similar response that a credit will be applied.
7. 1 week later, I'm still out $165.
Decide for yourself, but there are plenty other limo services out there that I'm sure operate their business in good faith and with ethics."

"We hired Alpha Limousine at the last minute yesterday for our 20th anniversary and they were awesome. Our driver Luis showed up 15 minutes early, the car was clean and very comfortable. Luis took us to numerous bars / restaurants in San Francisco and was very professional. "In spite of filling in all info, including contact, online, company emailed saying they didn't have a way to reach me, then when I called, the rep 'didn't have a computer in front of him' so I had to give it all again. Minor inconvenience. Everything else went very smoothly and driver was excellent. Would use them again."
"Luis, our limo driver, was very prompt in getting to our residence before our departure time. He was very courteous. The limo ride to prom was just phenomenal; the iPod plug was flawless and we had a great time with the music and people sliding around.
The one issue we had was with dropping people off to their residences after prom; there was some confusion about the addresses, but that discrepancy was fixed. In addition, for some reason, the first half of the drop-off ride had no lights or music, but it came back on.
Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend Alpha Limousine to anyone who would like a limo service for their event."

The driver was not dressed in appropriate attire. He had NO idea where he was going. He didn't have any idea of what stops were going to be made. He was very poor at taking directions as well. Overall, I would not advise using them. "

"We used Alpha Limousine for our wedding transportation needs, basically shuttling the wedding party from their homes, to the ceremony then the photo location, the reception and back home.
We looked at a number of different companies in our local area to do this and Alpha had by far the most reasonable prices. They were able to provide us with vehicles that filled all of our needs.
My fiancée’s (now my bride's) father has some mobility difficulties and this required a special level of attentiveness on the part of the driver. The drivers were patient and able to help us in every way that we needed.
The drivers were on-time, courteous and very professional. We will definitely be using Alpha for future transportation needs.
