"One star is way to generous. We lived in a different town and wanted a limo for our special occasion, our wedding. We got a promotional offer, which was of 5 and a half hours, and a price including gratuity. They had great prices from everyone else. I told the guy in charge our situation and what all we needed. We lived out of town, so we were very cooperative for being charged for travel time. The offer was perfect. He was going to give us the hours we wanted then charge us 2 hours travel time. So we had 30 minutes of extra time that we were not planning on, but had just in case. The week of the wedding arrived, and everything became chaos. I called him to double check everything, the first time I called him. He said we only paid for three hours (when we paid for 5 and half. Those three hours were only getting us to the wedding. NOT the reception. So then my fiance called him, and he told me was very professional. Then he agreed to give us the hours that we wanted from the beginning. So we agreed to go with him still. The wedding arrived and the driver was very professional. It was over , took some pictures, and then he drove us to the reception. We arrived at the reception with a half an hour to spare in our time. Everything was great. The honeymoon arrived and we looked at our finances and we saw that we got charged an extra 95. We called him over and over. He said when he talked to my fiance that he agreed to a particular time. WHICH WE DID NOT! Then also mentioned that we went over that time so he had to pay the driver more. As we kept calling him to get a refund, he became very unprofessional and started cussing at my husband. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He told us he would refund a small amount of money, but it would not be the full amount. I think he said something like 50 dollars. ******We STILL have NOT gotten any refund. (we got married in May). My husband and I are both students with multiple jobs, and are very busy. My first review did not go through. So I want to make sure everyone knows to NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! also check out other review sites of this company. they are terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! "

"We hired a car for transportation between Lebenon and Indianapolis for the Super Bowl this past sunday and couldn't have asked for a better driver, Janice Jenkins, and better service! She was sweet, funny, and accommodated all our request…..anything we needed she was there to provide it. Highly recommend Airport Executive Car Service. The gal I spoke with through Limos.com to arrange the car was very helpful also!!!!"

"We rented a limo from this company through the internet for a birthday celebraton on October 20 for a determined amount. However we were charged a higher rate and have not been credited the difference. It seems this particular company does not honor the internet pricing. The driver was nice enough, but got lost coming to our home, was late, and ran over numerous curbs. I would look elsewhere."
Limo Service Response: "Unfortunatly sometimes in this business no matter what you do you can't please your customer.This was that exact case. The customer was charged exactly what he was quoted. We go out of our way to take of every customer.We would never lose a customer for 36.00. Had this customer not been so rude we would have compensated."

"I used Airport Executive Car Service for the first time last night and had an excellent experience! The driver was punctual (early actually), polite, and the car was clean. I rented the car to take my nine year old daughter and a group of her friends to the circus and back. The kids loved it and the driver went above and beyond our expectations by actually suggesting that he take them for a ride downtown following the event. "I was looking for a service to drive my 82-year-old mother from central Indiana to the Chicago area for the holidays. John at Airport Executive Car Service could not have been more helpful, courteous, and kind, and the rates were more than reasonable. John called my mom the day before and made sure that she knew what to expect. The driver, Andy, was on time, let my mom sit in the front seat, made her feel comfortable and safe, and even stayed with her at her destination until I arrived. On the trip back Andy came even farther north on the day after Christmas to pick my mom up and take her home, so that I wouldn't have to drive so far. John and Andy are both total professionals and I will be using them from now on every time I want to get my mom up to Chicago. I have rarely had such a positive experience with a company I used for the first time, and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon them through limos.com. Thanks, you guys!"
