Albert was one of the most professional and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. "ACT Limousine was terrific! We used them for our daught'er's senior prom and were already into all the "proma" we could handle.. We are in central New Jersey so dealing with a compny on Long Island was initally an issue, But after speaking with ACT LIMOS we felt omfortable with using them. And boy are we glad we did. We really appreciated the communication via e-mails and phone calls made by ACT LIMOS for all the arrangement we were making, Even after making the initial reservations they were more than accomondating with changes that we needed to make even just a few days prior to the prom as to pick-ups and drop-offs. More so, the limo arrived to the "Minute" as scheduled, The Hummer limo was more beautiful than described,
The driver was very courteous and allowed for all the pictures the families were taking both in and out of the limo, The kids said the ride was very comfortable in the Hummer for all 22 of them.They especially enjoyed the lighting and sound systems.It was great seeing the kids having a good time, However the families felt the kids were not only having a good time, but were safe and in good hands. I'd highly reccomend ACT limo as we plan on using them exclusively for future proms and other events. A heart felt big"Thank You" to ACT Limos for a job well done! "
"Act Limo is the best. I was so nervous hiring the company for the Junior Prom. I felt it was on me for the kids safety. The driver was courteous, spoke with the parents as well as the kids. He showed them where everything was. Supplied his cell phone to everyone. Even the kids said he was great. This company was prompt and effiicient. I will definately be calling them next year for the Senior Ball and would recommend them to everyone."
"It was a pleasure dealing with ACT Limousine....Every time we called, Bill
answered our questions patiently. If we left a message, he called back
immediately. There were 17 teenagers going into the LIMO and all of the
parents wanted everything to be perfect for them. Well, every thing ran very
smoothly. The Limo was on time, the driver was friendly and made us feel
comfortable and confident that the kids would be safe. The kids had a
wonderful time and the next time any of us need a limo for something, we won't
hesitate to call this company and we won't have to call with a 100 questions
(lol) and we won't be nervous because we know how efficient ACT Limousine

"While visting New York City we utilized ACT Limousine for a tour and sightseeing. The chauffeur was very knowledgable and friendly which made for a wonderful afternoon.
We had ordered a 6 person limousine but were given a free upgrade to a brand new 10 person stretch limousine. Our family completely enjoyed the entire experience.

"During my prom afterparty, a friend of mine fell and seriously hurt himself. Though he wasn't a member of my limo party, my ACT limo driver was on the scene in about 2 minutes and rushed him to the nearest hospital. He never complained about the possibilty of soiling his vehicle, he simply put the teens first. I very much appreciated his kindness and understanding. Our prom was made better for it.
For the rest of the evening, the limo driver wasn't overly involved, but was presence enough to make us feel safe. He did his best to ensure that we were where we needed to be on time and that we enjoyed the full 12 hours we requested.

"My first born child had his prom on 6/7/06. His driver was so courteous and pleasant that my family felt at ease when we left my son in his care. He came to our apartment prior to leaving and provided me and my family with his cell phone number which added that interpersonal touch. I was able to sleep that night knowing that my son would be in good hands and that there was a clear understanding that the night's plans would not be altered n any way. Many thanks to Charlie"
"I was very satisfied with the chauffeur. He was very courteous and very kind. He does know his job and how to perform it too. The agent who handle the reservation, Mariah , was very nice and very well mannered. The price was good. Above all, the service was first class. I am really very satisfied with this company.

"ACT LIMOS WAS ONE OF THE FIRST TO RESP TO MY REQUEST FOR A LIMO.MESSING WITH MY DGTR AND HE WANTS AND NEEDS ,I MISS OUT ON A YUKON FOR A NICE PRICE. WELL AFTER CALLING AROUND AND NOT FINDING SOMETHING REASONABLE . I CALL BACK TO ACT LIMOS AND THEY WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP ME OUT. MY DGTR WAS HAPPY SHE GOT A WHITE LIMO AT THAT LATE DATE AND I WAS HAPPY. I WILL RECOMMEND ACT LIMOS AND WILL BE USING THEM FIRST AND ONLY FROM NOW ON THANKS AGAIN . A PROUD PROM MOM.!"
