"I hired ACR Limousine to bring me to JFK to catch my flight. They showed up 15 minutes early which put me at ease knowing they were already there. The drive out there was excellent and the driver was friendly. We hit a bit of traffic out there but the driver knew how to get around it. I will be using them when i need to go out there again."

I found this company by searching the internet for limo companies in the Boston area and could not be happier with the service. Very quick to respond by email and phone, great service overall. ARC Limo went out of their way to make sure my military son arrived (as a surprise) to his aunt's wedding. Thank you for all the extras you offered to get my son there on time!"
"I've used ACR since Thanksgiving of 2008 for numerous business trips (10-20 trips). They have always been prompt and the best price option in the Boston area. Other companies may show a lower rate, but when you factor in all the extras they charge (ie. late arrival fee, extra passenger fee, etc.), they really can't compete with ACR's upfront pricing."

"I can’t say enough about ACR Limousine. They contact me with a great package deal in a friendly manner that I couldn’t resist. They brought my wife, me, and a couple of our friends out into Boston. Didn’t have to worry about the driver getting lost due to the enhanced GPS systems in the car. We went over an hour and were able to pay in the car and had a receipt in hand at the end of the night. "I scheduled airport transportation with ACR limo in August 2008 after a search from Limos.com. ACR was very responsive and was the most economical price. We were bringing my son to college so we had a lot of luggage and needed a larger vehicle. I was pleased with their attentiveness in scheduling and confirming the itinerary. Unfortunately, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE MORNING OF OUR TRIP! I MADE REPEATED CALLS IN THE MORNING TO FIND OUT THEIR WHEREABOUTS AND JUST GOT AN ANSWER MACHINE AT BOTH NUMBERS I HAD. THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE 24 HOURS. WE WERE FORCED TO THROW EVERYTHING IN OUR CAR AND RUSH TO THE AIRPORT. Of course I left a message with ACR limo demanding an explanation and wouldn't you know, I NEVER heard back from them. Now, I understand that emergencies can happen, but not hearing back from them only added insult to injury. I don't know about you, but when scheduling a limo service, one of the most important features is that they show up! ACR did not! BEWARE!!

"We had a wonderful ladies night out for a Surprise Birthday. It was the only rate under $300 for the 6hrs. Excellent prompt service, driver knew all locations and was quite professional despite the ladies flirting with him. He returned to our first location to retrieve a cellphone we had forgotten and returned to the restaurant with it for us. Definitely going to call them the next time I need a ride. Nice job!"
