"The limo driver took the long way around to our first stop, instead of the most direct route. Then we where taken to the wrong address for our second stop of the night.
Then I noticed a $134.00 extra charge from Star Limo. When I asked about the charge, they told me it was for a broken wine glass, and a broken speaker, that was located under the rear seat. By the way, I was NEVER notified about the charge.
Now, I can understand about the wine glass, but, a fragile piece of audio equipment placed under a seat with no light or no-one telling us to watch out for it, is completley ridiculous.
When I tried to work this out with the sales agent, she was very curt and defensive with me.
Now, as a professional travel agent, who deals with limo companys on a daily basis, I have to say that I've never come across such poor service for a company like this before, and will never reccomend this company in the future."
