"Dr. Shelton let me know that the driver seemed more interested in her schedule than providing the service for the riders. There was weather issues (flash flood alerts), which flustered the driver, but even before that occurred the driver insisted she be notified 30 minutes before if there was a delay(which is not always apparent when you are attending an event). She threatened to leave people behind who were still in the venue if they didn't immediately get in the SUV. More than one of the riders had to ask the driver to calm down. "
