"We had booked a limo from A Family Limousine, and on the date of our reservation a freak storm hit the Miami Beach area causing flooding, accidents, major traffic, and road closures. Our driver, Armando, was very communicative and called many times to let us know of his progress in traffic. Unfortunately, he was stuck for hours and was not able to pick us up. Both he and the company were very apologetic even though they had no control over the weather and traffic nightmares that evening. I was not charged anything even though they lost the use of that limo for the evening and their driver was stuck in traffic for many hours.
